A highly dedicated mortgage broker, and a licensed mortgage loan originator Chris Caggiano is the founder and president of Grand Oaks Funding, LLC. Before assuming the presidency of the NYAMB, he served on its executive board, bringing to bear more than 19 years of experince  

 Mr. Caggiano sensed early in his career that his calling was to help people achieve their financial dreams. His breadth of knowledge and experience across four states includes the major American lending programs offered through FHA, VA, and USDA, yet Mr. Caggiano believes that mortgage financing is primarily about people, not numbers. 

 Mr. Caggiano attributes his success in building Grand Oaks Funding to his ability to quickly tailor individual solutions to clients, regardless of their challenges. Mr. Caggiano enjoys spending time educating clients, networking partners, and companies on their financial options.

President of the New York Association of Mortgage Professionals, Mr. Caggiano’ s primary goal is to help others. Hiring and training new loan officers at Grand Oaks Funding is a high priority, because he is passionate about sharing his legacy of accomplishment with younger generations.
